COMFORT FOOD RE-DEFINED. Mac & Cheese With Hatch Green Chile…so good it makes me mad at my mama! Inspired by a signature side dish from Santa Fe’s famous Coyote Café, this re-invented comfort food favorite uses Asadero and Monterrey Jack cheeses, cumin, seasoned bread crumbs, cooked bacon, and (of course) Hatch green chiles.  BTW, we just happen to have our own fresh frozen Hatch green chile  at our Chiile Traditions  ABQ store, or online right here on our site.
