Beginning this week Chile Traditions’ outdoor roasting center at the corner of Wyoming & Montgomery will be getting full sacks of world famous Hatch green chile twice a week.  We’ll be shipping fresh chile to our out of town friends every Tuesday,,,just order by Monday! Open every day.
