Every Tuesday and Friday, the trucks roll off our chile farms in the beautiful Hatch  Valley to bring the best chile on the planet to  YOU, at Chile Traditions. At our outdoor roasting center on the corner of Wyoming and Montgomery. we now have all varieties—from mild to xxx-hot and all points in between. We’re open every day. And if you pre-ordered and pre-paid your chile, you should be receiving your shipment this Friday, August 17th!

Beginning this Tuesday, August 14th, we’ll have ALL varieties of fresh Hatch chile…mild, medium, hot, x-hot, even xxx-hot. We’ll also have our popular Big Jim, and last year’s break-away hit, Ms. Junie x-hot chile. We’re roasting every day on the corner of Wyoming & Montgomery in the parking lot of the La Mirada Square Shopping Center. Fresh shipments every Tuesday & Friday.
