Stir while heating til your queso is nice and cheesy & melty.. Oh, and one other important ingredient: chopped Hatch green chile from (where else?) Chile Traditions! You can make it as mild or as hot as you want, with mild, medium, hot & x-hot green chile from the 2016 season, roasted and fresh frozen right here in Albuquerque.
