EASY, SPICY GREEN CHILE CHICKEN CASSEROLE

Your next dinner can be as easy as it is memorable. First, come to Chile Traditions for our signature chopped Hatch green chile in a jar. In a sauce pan, place 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs. Pour the entire contents of the Hatch green chile on top, then season with salt and garlic powder to taste. Sprinkle a generous portion of shredded Monterrey Jack or 3-cheese Mexican blend. Garnish with chopped cilantro, and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. If you like it a little hotter, use Chile Traditions fresh frozen hot or x-hot Hatch chile instead!
