HATCH CHILE STEAK TAMPIQUENA…What a way to kick off your summer grilling! First, select your favorite cut of meat and fire up the grill. While the coals burn down or the grill heats, wrap Chile Traditions fresh frozen Hatch chile (thawed), sliced sweet onion, fresh tomato and garlic in foil with a little olive oil.
