Chile Traditions will be open this Saturday, Sunday & Labor Day Monday, September 7th at both our locations…our retail store on Montgomery west of Wyoming, and our outdoor roasting location on Wyoming just north of Montgomery. So if you haven’t gotten your fresh Hatch chile Fixx yet, you have an extra day to get it this weekend! And we’ll be giving out free New Mexico food samples at the store Saturday and Sunday.
