Every Tuesday and Friday, the trucks roll off our chile farms in the beautiful Hatch  Valley to bring the best chile on the planet to  YOU, at Chile Traditions. At our outdoor roasting center on the corner of Wyoming and Montgomery. we now have all varieties—from mild to xxx-hot and all points in between. We’re open every day. And if you pre-ordered and pre-paid your chile, you should be receiving your shipment this Friday, August 17th!
