It may sound like a cliché, but when they’re gone…well, you know!

If you don’t, you’d best not wait! When the first freeze comes to the Hatch Valley, it’s all over for the 2017 fresh chile season. And it’s coming. Don’t be left out in the cold. We receive fresh shipments every Tuesday and Friday. But this Friday could be it. We still have all flavors and heat levels…green & red. We’re on the corner of Wyoming and Montgomery, and we’re open every day--for now, at least.
