4 beaten eggs
salt (to taste)
pepper (to taste)
garlic powder (to taste)
corn meal or flour

Roast fresh green chile. Peel roasted chile under cold water. Make a small slice in top of chile and fill with colby jack cheese. Dip your stuffed green chile in the eggs then roll in flour or corn meal. Deep fry relleno for approximately 3 1/2 minutes or until golden brown and cheese inside is melted. Let cool and serve.
